The clamping mandrel is the core mechanism of the die-casting machine's mold-locking system. The machine repeatedly opens and closes the mold daily, and over time, natural wear will occur in the moving parts. 1. Burrs on the injected product (insufficient clamping force) 

2. Abnormal stress on the clamping mandrel, causing fatigue or even fracture
