熱室壓鑄機是一種將金屬熔液在高壓下快速射入金屬模具中，冷卻成形的設備。其特點射料與鋅熔爐槽直接連接，壓射機構浸在熔融金屬中，透過壓射料桿將金屬推入模具內。由於金屬流道短、壓力傳遞效率高，熱室壓鑄機特別適合大量生產尺寸穩定、表面光滑的中小型零件。

A hot chamber die casting machine is a device that rapidly injects molten metal into a metal mold under high pressure, where it cools and solidifies. Its key feature is that the injection unit is directly connected to the zinc furnace bath, and the injection mechanism is immersed in the molten metal, pushing the metal into the mold through the injection rod. Due to its short metal flow path and high pressure transmission efficiency, hot chamber die casting machines are particularly suitable for mass production of small to medium-sized parts with stable dimensions and smooth surfaces.
